Self-help guides to get you through feelings of suicidal. Thoughts happen, when you need a little help getting through, use these guides to help ease the moments.

 

The guides are designed by caring psychotherapists, combining a variety of widely-used tips that are reported helpful by survivors. They are not meant for emergency suicide crisis, but are best used in complementary with psychotherapy sessions.
